Mary-Kate's Quilts

Hello!

I'm Mary-Kate K., and quilting has been part of my life for over 20 years. I learned to sew as a child, and today, piecing quilts is how I unwind and express my creativity between shifts as a nurse, time with my growing extended family, and hours spent in the garden or on hiking trails.

Every quilt I create is one-of-a-kind—even when I've made the pattern before. Each one tells a story through my choice of fabrics and design. For the finishing touch, I work with two talented quilters: my mother, who taught me to sew and operates her long arm quilting machine, or a dear friend with an even larger long arm setup.
